We were there. We couldnt get it to work. The manager couldn't get it to work. She took our order the old fashioned way. The old fashioned way worked.

We have one in our area here in the San Gabriel Valley, Ca, and from my experience, it was the worst. We placed our order through the touch screen, and over 20 minutes our order wasn't delivered, Worse, we could not find an employee to help us fix our order. We ended up walking out. Sadly, tech does not make things better in all situations, and in this case, it only made it worse -- Not Lovin' It.

Funny to think when I was a kid the threat of not doing well in school was ending up being a burger flipper. Now we won't even have that. And bingo regarding increasing minimum wage. Big companies and startups will focus on automation now to save.

I went to McDonald's for breakfast this morning. So, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal with coffee. The bag felt a little light. I went to the table, sat down and opened the bag. Here's what I found. One sausage biscuit. Usually you get hashbrowns. Is this the meal deal. So, I went the counter and informed the cashier about my order. I was nice about it, too. Her manager looked up and said just give him a hashbrown! I thought, well she really knows how to fix things. Then, I thought about my sausage biscuit without eggs.😃 McDonald's maybe you need to look behind the counter.
