Just graduated college, debating on applying to WOFT or OCS.
I like the idea of being a warrant officer and being more independent but commissioned officers have better standard of living and more management experience.

Chief! The WO-1 is comparable to a 2nd Lieutenant. CWO-2 is comparable to a 1st Lieutenant. The CW3 is akin to a Captain because the CW3 can command a Company or Detachment. The CW4 is Comparable to a Major and you usually find them at Battalion level or higher. Very rarely at company level. The CW5, or Master Warrant Officer, is generally a staff position at Division Level or higher. They also end up at Service Schools as instructors or OIC's at MOS producing schools training Junior Warrant Officers. I went through the Warrant Officer Certification Course at APG, MD. Best six months of my career because it challenged me mentally as well as physically and it pushed me beyond what I thought was my limits. The course also proved that we needed to psay attention to details.
