I like this place better than the downtown location it feels more homey like a place where you get to know your neighbors if you end up having kids they can play outside. This is a very nice upgrade

Allahumabarak, this is a beautiful space! I can't wait to see what you do with the space. A tip on how to warm up your space: It looks like they have bright white light throughout the apartment. Switching to warm white lighting or even yellow light will warm up the space. It is amazing how lighting can change how color looks in a space. The grey will appear a bit warmer with more yellow light. You can do this by changing the light bulbs (might be hard if you have recess lighting). You can opt for floor/table lamps. Happy decorating ☺

i’m sure you can get some renter friendly stuff for the cooler toned appliances and whatnot to match your preferences (for example: vinyl sticker to put on the fridge, peel and stick tile for the back splash)
