What would be even funnier is if Kepler 22B had civilizations on it already and they told the visitors from Earth to 'take a hike'

The flaws in als these Earth 2.0 theories is that all these conditions still makes it highly unlikely that the planet is even remotely safe. In our solar system we have a literal twin of Earth; Venus, located in the so called habital zone, right size and mass, but the most hostile planet in the entire system. Even Mars is located in the habital zone, but the lack of atmosphere and magnetic field makes it incredible dagerous. Al these so called second earths could face many of the same problems

I like how we always assume that on larger earth like worlds nothing can grow taller because of gravity. We forget that life that is indigenous to that planet, beings included are adapted to that size. They don't have to be as small as us as far as height. Most likely these would be larger beings than us and much taller with a wider larger body but in proportion to what we are on earth. Thirty-six feet tall beings wouldn't at all being surprising. When we compare it to ourselves, we are the odd thing out on that planet and some adjustment period or long duration adaptation would take place.

In halo, there was a planet like this called Reach. Humans born on this planet were called Born Heavy. Since being born on this planet would make you heavier
