We have the same issue in our neighborhood where theses people come in and buy up homes on the cheap then rent them out to anybody ..Our neighborhood was once homeowners who lived here and cared for their property..now our street is dotted with rentals with these landlords who do nothing but collect rent and the renters who barely even mow the grass let alone plant a flower or care for how the property looks..These landlords should be held accountable

Based on the way that this homeowner looks in the video wearing a hat and certainly not exactly light clothing, chances are he’s in Youngstown not Africa. It’s easy to appear by Zoom if they allow that kind of stuff but why would they, get the guy in front of you in person. The neighbors need to have good video and audio evidence. I have a fairly good idea what’s going on here and so do most people including the current residence.

I have to ask how this made the news. There's a house like this on nearly every block in Youngstown. Is it because we have a hard on for Idora? Enforce noise ordinances and all the other laws on the books. Little crimes lead to bigger ones.

I've driven a car almost every single day for the last 47 years and I have felt safe every single time.
