When you're in pain sometimes it can be hard to find relief. Research shows distraction can be helpful in managing acute and chronic pain, both physical and mental. This is my experience with pain and how I used distraction to help ease it. 🤕 💄🎦

‼️Important Message: Pain is serious and should not be trivialized or dismissed. It can mean something is very wrong. Do not ignore new pain. Seek adequate medical help.
