Agreed, this is the most overlooked aspect of fight a flea infestation. You if don’t have a pet (host) then fleas need to feed off you. You need to cut off any blood supply from them and that means using repellent. Although I don’t agree with the DEET based solution, I would suggest Picaridin based which is safer and has a better efficacy. However, this is definitely the other important aspect to defeating them. Thanks!
