I'm so glad that you mentioned cell rejuvenation. When people ask me why I look so much younger than my chronological age, I've been telling them for a long time that, since we have new cells every seven years, we don't age ... we renovate! 😊 Then I also add that, as we renovate, we must make sure all the furniture stays in the right place ... that's where the exercise comes in! 😂

One of the sweetest, kindest most positive people I ever knew died in his 20s after battling cancer nearly his entire life. I see bitter, angry, negative, depressed people living into their 90s without any significant physical health issues. What the science has actually shown is that your consciousness really doesn’t have an impact on your physical health. Genetics and environment play the biggest role. The idea that positivity contributes to better health outcomes was based on flawed studies of cancer patients that were never reproducible. Spirituality should be able to stand on its own without becoming mixed up with bad science. To me, the conflation of science and spirituality is an attempt on the part of spirituality to grasp the authority that some feel science can grant. But does the spiritual really need that authority? I don’t think it does and I think it harms the spiritual to do so, after all science is about what can be known and spiritually deals with things that can never be fully known, only experienced from time to time.

Also, perhaps people would be better served by not being blamed for being unhealthy or suffering because they’re not “positive” enough. Perhaps understanding that there are some things that are not within one’s control and embracing surrender would lead more people to a state of inner peace no matter what they are dealing with.
