I still give my best! That can look completely different from day to day, and I think it is very important to recognize that each days' 'best' will look different. Give yourself grace and find a way to do what's best for you each day; no matter what you are wearing or how much energy you have.

This is soooo me!! I finished all of my breast cancer treatment 2 months ago and finally restarted exercises but sometimes I don’t have enough energy 😅 But I still can do easy movements thanks to your fun videos 🙏❤️

I love this. You’ve proved to us that you also have days that feels so hard to workout but you still gotta push yourself. I began this journey in September (was in XL) but and I’m down to size L. And about 16lbs down. Thank you so much Jo.

Aww I love this so much!! I used to be so heavy into working out and since getting covid, despite being as careful as possible, it has wreaked total havoc on my body and I've lost so much function and strength. Your dance videos are helping me get back to normal and you are so kind and have such an energy of "I accept you no matter where you are" and it makes me feel comfortable enough and confident enough to follow along and throw away the self doubt. Thank you so much

this applies to everything too.. sometimes I can journal my goals really well and articulate all my feelings and tomorrow I just may write today is hard.. your best is GOOD ENOUGH!!

You don't know how much I needed to see this after my workout this morning. I'm in school and don't have much space to workout so I felt sad and limited. I finished my workout but felt like I didn't do anything. Thank you for this Jo😄😄
