How did you build up to the slow muscle up? I can do a strict one but the transition from top of pullup to bottom of dip is impossible for me!

lv 10 pretty much, iam able to do 9 kipping ones in a row. Strict ones are so much harder, never managed to do more than 2 of them in a row. But consistency is key tho, will get to the higher levels eventually 😬

I can do front lever but can’t do any of the stuff before it 💀
