Fear Of Heights: Acrophobia: Can NLP Cure This Phobia

Показать описание

The fear of heights is one of the most common phobias we get to deal with, and yes, there is a cure. Sometimes called acrophobia, height phobia is to an extent a natural fear. Extreme variants of this phobia, however, will prevent someone from going up a set of stairs, and can be very debilitating.
The NLP fast phobia cure is one of the most effective ways of eliminating conditioned responses such as the fear of heights. It is fast, effective, and the results are lasting. When combined with simple straightforward hypnotherapeutic methods, the effects are often startlingly quick, as anyone who has worked in this business for years will testify.
In a sense, the height phobic is usually scared of an imagined moment of falling and they will usually imagine themselves jumping off the edge, or falling off the edge. It is this seemingly automated imagined thought that then produces an adrenal surge that can leave the poor phobic simply terrified.
Its wonderful when you are in control of your imagination, and these direct methods train you directly to be in control. Do contact one of us for help, as we can almost certainly cure your fear of heights. We have clinics worldwide. In the UK, USA, Eire, Canada and Australia, and all of us have a great deal of experience successfully dealing with these sorts of phobias.

I went on a really high up waterslide once and managed to do it with my friends. I didn’t overcome my fear, I just forced myself to do it. Climbing up the stairs and holding up the tube just gives me so much fear and anxiety that I never want to do it again.

I am an Acrophobic, whenever my cousins/sisters go or sit near the railings of 3rd, 4th or higher floors of the mall, I just sit with them or go with them without expressing the feeling that I'm lumping afraid and my hands and feet are sweating! Because If I let them knew that I am still scared, they will scare me more! Last week I had to pass a 15 foot bridge alone because I was supposed to go to my cousin's house but it's locked so I went home alone and successfully past the bridge! Thank God!

The fear of heights is just about one of the most common of all phobias. Hypnotherapy and NLP can often be very successful so the advice is to do a local serach for a qualified and experienced NLP practitioner and/or hypnotherapist. Very often the fear of heights can be resolved in an hour or two. Good luck!

I can't sit in the balcony of a theatre, I keep imagining people will fall over the edge so I'm not only scared for me but the whole front row as well. It's hell.

I need to get over this fast. I am in the Army and want to do Airborne and Air Assault. Problem is. There are these obstacle and other courses that take me about 30 feet in the air. I can't get that high, without going white knuckle. And just today, I was climbing a range tower to pull radio watch and I had to shuffle my way up the stairs. I'm perfectly fine inside the building, it's being outside is what does it.

Its all in the head guys, i used to be afraid of heights but i worked on it by climbing indoors. Everytime i tried to climb one meter higher everytime. In the end i was at the top without even being afraid. This was just an example and im not saying you have to do exactly this. You dont need to pay big amounts of money to cure it. Believe in yourself and face your fear by small amounts and in the end youll feel much better.
Good luck all i know what you are going through!

I hate to admit my acrophobia is so serious that I cant look at pictures or videos that features heights, I've developed this fear little over a year for some reason, this rerenders me unable to enjoy movies, scenery or games that involve heights simulated or otherwise it is now at the point where i cant even ride basic elevators without being struck with panic, unrest and sheer fear.I cant enjoy activities i enjoyed before such as amusement park rides, sight seeing or climbing what do?

I have a fear of being a meter off the ground like the time I almost fainted when I went rock climbing with my school. Rollercoasters I'm okay with because I like things that go fast.

@deadspace2 lots of people are afraid of roller coasters including myself. have you tried closing your eyes while on a roller coaster. that usually helps.
