NEET-UG 2024 Controversy: NTA Offers Re-Exam For 1,563 Students | Top Court Hearing

Medical aspirants across the nation have started protests against the irregularities in the NEET UG 2024 results. These students are demanding a re-test alleging issues such as many candidates securing higher than usual marks, grace marks and a larger number of candidates getting the top rank. Over 1,500 candidates from six centres have been given 'grace marks' without any clarification, students claimed. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court have sought answers from the NTA, the National Testing Agency, which conducts the test. Hearing on 3 PILs in the matter took place on June 13.
The Supreme Court has decided to not stop the NEET counselling. The Top Court has also issued a notice to NTA and sought a reply in 2 weekṣ.

Why only 1563 students...many more students are suffering...my brother got about 50- 60 mark difference from when he calculated the marks using answerkey of very top coaching institution..this is shameful
