For me personally PC is the way to go. If someone told me should I pick PC or console I will tell them go where your friends are, that beats out any frame rate, graphics, or exclusives. Those memories should be cherished especially when you're young.

I liked you discussed both sides cause I used to be more into pc before I got back into consoles with the switch and ps5.

While yeah objectively there's a lot more upsides to pc gaming compared to console gaming, console gaming is still fun to me for the convience and the fact I can still buy physical media and collector's editions for it.

Tho with the looming all digital future sony and microsoft are pushing, I have a feeling I'll probably go back to PC for next gen cause at least PC has multiple digital storefronts.

u forgot about backwards compatibility, that means that emulators are available on the PC built by community for PS3 games, PS2 and even PS4, same goes for Switch (r.i.p.) etc. meanwhile the benefit of these emulators comes into play when you jailbreak a PS4 or PS5 which is the next best option after getting a PC

The 5090 is looming on the horizon. According to current leaks, the 5090 will be at least double the power of the 4090, which was already an unbelievable powerhouse of a graphics card. That sounds all well and good, but there is one significant problem. CPU's simply are not keeping up. The 7800x3D is frequently bottlenecking the 4090 at most settings in most games. The 9800x3D should be dropping this year, but it's not going to be a massive leap like the 4090 to 5090. Unless Intel, AMD, or maybe even Nvidia can manage a new CPU which can well outperform anything else on the market, the performance of PC gaming has effectively hit a brick wall which we won't be surpassing for years. That's not exactly a huge problem, but it's worth discussing. According to Digital Foundry, even on the latest patch with the 7800x3D, Jedi Survivor is generally not playable beyond 60fps because of an animation playback stutter which makes the game LOOK like it's stuttering, even if it isn't actually stuttering. It's very strange. While Jedi Survivor is a disgraceful optimization mess even with all the patches, I feel like it's indicative of the AAA gaming space on PC as of late. Publishers are completely OK with releasing stuttering buggy messes and leaving a games performance at a fraction of its potential because spending time and money optimizing their games isn't easy to market. PC deserves better.

That is the beauty of gaming. We have the options to suit our needs.

There is only one part that I disagree with and that’s the streaming part. Windows, steam and Nvidia graphics cards all have native streaming and recording elements pre built into their systems. Nvidia also allows you to record mic audio as well even if it’s through discord or another third party app. Streaming and game recording in my eyes is comparable if not the exact same between pc and consoles. The only real difference being that you have to open up different menus with key commands that can be a bit finicky at times.

Decent video but this (and many more general discussions) leave out indie games when they offer generally better experiences than AAA games, are cheaper to get, easier to run, and some might be pc exclusive, also you forget to mention the huge backlog of older games which aren't always available for consoles, and even if available they don't have enhancements which are possible on PC.

Also being able to play games on laptops or any pc setup depending on game's graphical intensity.

I always hear how much better gaming is on a PC and in the same breath they start cursing all of the game crashes and viruses and broken hacked mods 😂 I will stick with my PS5 and get the PS6 when it comes out and happily eat popcorn while my friends try to figure out why their game wont load 😅
Love that you showed both sides . Pros and cons both ways .👍

Welp, that was a disappointment. You said on the previous video that, of course, it talked more about consoles because it was the console half of the 2-parts series. Now on the second part you're still talking about consoles and I'm only halfway through the video... LOL

Now, finishing watching, eh... I won't even bother to point out how much stuff you left out and how much you still focused on consoles.
