i like your recommendation about whether to get a console or pc, however it all depends on the type of console and type of pc. while yes, console is primarily gaming and handles most every game very well, lots of pc's do the same. if you get a pc with a 4090 it will handle games much better than on any console. other than that, usually consoles are better for gaming.

4060 is a bad price to performance compared to other new GPUs but if you got it for half the price then it's a steal, definitely worth it!
