Anita should just bring Andrea where ever she goes and that would resolve the problem.
Any time Anita starts to tic, Andrea will just start speaking. This will deafen anyone nearby, thereby rendering them incapable of hearing anything Anita says, thus bypassing any potential problems with security.

One thing I notice on her streams sometimes is she'll say something rude, then say "it's not a tic. Yes that was a tic. It's not a tic. Yes it was. No it's not a tic." it's Kinda funny, it's like she argues with herself. Must be hard to have to deal with though.
