Park Workout for Strong Abs (Beginner and Advanced)

In this video, we show an ab workout you can do in the park, but it can also be done in the gym or at home. There are two variations to suit different fitness levels:

Beginner Variation (demonstrated by my 5-year-old daughter):
- Hanging Knee Hold
- Partner Crunches
- Side Plank

Advanced Variation (demonstrated by me):
- Hanging Leg Raises
- Decline Crunches
- Side Plank with Hip Dip

Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise. You can do them as a circuit, one after another, or complete 3 sets of each before moving on to the next exercise.

This is a great way to work out, be outside, and spend quality time together. Enjoy your workout!
