RIP Peter Westbrook. A legendary US fencer. Met him a few times while training at the Fencer’s Club and NYU in the early 80s. Always pleasant and willing to tutor a fellow fencer.

Anytime one of the subjects is born in 1936, I think of my mother who is still with us and turns 88 tomorrow. That's why I was taken aback to hear Motorcycle Mary referred to as 87, because I instantly knew that meant she died just short of her birthday. Turns out she would have been 88 six days from today. Nonetheless, it sounds like she had a good Innings and made the most of her time among us. 🥰

Years ago I used to watch 'Days of our Lives' and Wayne Northrup played Roman Brady. It's sad when these talented people work all of their lives and end up with the disease of Alzheimers! Ih

Terry Griffiths, the Welsh World Snooker champion died 1st December 2024. he was 77 years old, he died of complications due to dementia. He was born in Llanelli Carmarthenshire. A gent and a champion.

I started watching Days Of Our Lives when Maggie was on crutches and she and Micky were living on a farm and he was going by Marty Hanson.So i remember Wayne Northrup well.He was the first Roman.

Shout out to my all-time favorite comedian Richard Pryor; who was also a great actor. The Toy, See No Evil Hear, No Evil, Stir Crazy, The Wiz, Lady Sings The Blues, just to name a few. 

My Daddy was a huge fan. He was up in your face raw, inappropriate at times and funny to where it hurt to laugh. I was grateful for his humor, as long as it was directed at someone other than myself. Daddy was a cross between Richard Pryor, Kat Williams and Bill Burr. Crazy wild they even looked similar.

Lastly, shout out to Victor French, Mr. Edward's from Little House on the Prairie. I grew up watching Little House and loved the character he played.
