I grew up watching Earl Holliman in movies and TV. I'm going to have to rewatch Forbidden Planet, one of my favorites.

Losing Chuck Woolery hits hard. We all used to watch him on those game shows when we weren't in school.

I was first introduced to Chuck Woolery as the host of Scrabble & Lingo a little later but I didn't know that he was the original host of Wheel of Fortune until a few years ago when I watched Pat Sajak's very first episode of the show on YouTube & he gave a shout out to Chuck. As a matter of fact I think WOF is the only active game show to have aired consecutive seasons without a break since it's debut nearly 50 years ago. All the others such as The Price Is Right, Jeopardy & Family Feud were later revived with different hosts and/or under different formats. R.I.P Chuck Woolery. I know you'll be joining with all the greats such as Bob Barker, Richard Dawson, Gene Rayburn, Monty Hall & Alex Trebek on that Golden Stage

Rest in Peace Maeve Ryan.. Ryan's Hope brings back great memories of my grandmother watching the soap opera Ryan's Hope in the mid-to-late 70s when I was a young boy. ..

It is often overlooked so I honestly do not fault Legacy for not including him, but Kiss drummer Eric Carr passed away the same day as Freddie Mercury at 41.

I heard Chuck Woolery in a interview a long time ago he was I think in his 50s.

He said his dad and grandpa both died in their early 50s.

He was concerned that that would happen to him too because he was coming up on that age.

So he changed his lifestyle so he could live past his dad and grandpa and he did it.

All of us girls had a crush on him he will be missed.

Rest In Peace Chuck 💐 😔

...Of all of the credits I've seen given for Chuck Woolery since his passing, Nobody's ever mentioned that it was Chuck who played the Owl on the 1970s kids show "New Zoo Review"!
RIP💜 to all here and a special rip to Earl Holliman one of my favorite actors! 💜💜
