China Never Seeks Hegemony, Expansion: Xi

Xi Jinping on Wednesday called for the building of a community of shared destiny and emphasized that China will never seek hegemony or expansion.

Xi reiterated the foreign policy of China at the opening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the momentous political gathering of China once every five years.
