This one hits hard - you deadlift the log and then try to hammer curl, high pull and shrug it - and keep trying to move it up until it falls out of your hands - note the smaller logs that serve as safety bars at the bottom so it doesn’t land on your feet. I did two sets as part of a 10 set total body workout. Fun stuff and very effective. The beach out here is a great place to train!

Any back injuries over the years brooks? I’m 47 this year and battle this problem more than ever. Was a respectable Olympic lifter in my 20s.
