One of my favorite things to do as Mewtwo against reflector characters is charge a shadow ball to the max and get on the opposite side of the stage, try to make it as telegraphed as possible I'm going to throw the ball, throw it, have them reflect it, then reflect the reflected shot right back at them.

Kills from 0 against every reflector character (at least to my recollection).
