Don't know about pets but they do decapitate ducks at parks and leave the heads. They are also just giving these people drivers license. They've caused awful accidents in town. I don't think they've eaten cats or dogs but they are taking ducks and road kill deer. I work in Springfield and many i work with live there and have seen this. So to this lady reporter I'd say..." These are NOT unsubstantiated claims " I have no doubt that man saw the killing these ducks
