We love pineapple in anything! I decided to add some canned pineapple to a traditional hash brown casserole as an experiment for dinner. Other than it needing a little salt, it was delicious!

I was thinking it would be good without pineapple, so it's good to know that was the original recipe. I think I would try it in a small portion before adding to the whole thing, because when I don't like something, I won't eat it and I hate waste.
