I see news reports all over the place, some say 1 dead, others say 10 dead, and the driver of the truck got out when stopped and started shooting at the cops. We definitely need more information about this.

I’ve walked up to police tape and bodies in the street. I’ve seen a guy get stabbed and more than one dude get his face busted open. There are always purse snatchers and phone snatchers. There is no shortage of cantankerous activity when one strolls Rue Bourbon.

But never have I heard or seen a car drive down the street. This was preplanned? Random? The quarter is hard to drive in unless you know your way around.
