I believe she is alive and if she was dead they would show Asoka being killed.

Why would disney and i quote "disney" ( cause disney owns both clone wars and rebels) leave another cliff hanger for ashoka tano? Ashoka is the best.... And most things about star wars is if you don't see a character die on screen then they are most likely not dead. Plus if she ended up dead most people would be very sad and probably give up on star wars. BUT the bird thing in the episode is more or likely in every episode ashore is in. Either in some shape or form. So who knows but my vote is That she is alive probably injured and may look for help.
