This is why resilience is a very important trait. You don't have to be able to handle the pain about something. It's abour knowing that you will always get through it all

I believe this to a degree. I was helping to clean a building, and I always volunteer for the bathroom. If you give me a mask & gloves I can clean anything. And people leave you alone because they don't want to be around the smell and mess.

I totally get that. The few areas I’ve excelled in it was because I could tolerate what my peers would not or could not.

eat on the clock, nap at lunch . When coworkers are tired and ready to go home, you ask for Overtime 💪🏽💲 and a RAISE when the time comes . A big one

Hahaha. Good philosophy. I'm a retired veterinary technician and wouldn't have traded that career for anything. Animals needing treatment, sometimes wounded, fearful or in pain and communicating with their owners will test your metal. I loved (almost) every challenge

no one is "made" to do anything. you simply are who you are, with your own unique set of strengths and weaknesses that will make you better at some things and not as good at other things.

With kids. I see endless families struggling with their children when I would just go in and boom! Love em right into it! I have them eating out of my hands (the importance of knowing who’s tending to your children becomes ever so clear) but what they can’t handle; screaming self hurting mean kids, I have the God given gift to help make ‘em life ready, old school. Where boys are boys and girls are girls. Where common sense and truth matter. And you just know Jesus and The Living God is behind all that love and creativity. I asked, He gave! ♥️🙏🏽✝️

Isn't he just talking about passion? When you love what you do, you're more likely willing to suffer for it. You can deal with the stresses and the trials because it means more to you.

I love this. I was looking for a job that was my so called passion and that I would never need a break from but that shit doesn’t exist. Duty is beautiful. It’s in the suffering that you fall off or grow through it and become more.

Misheard the first time. I can always suffer the pain of the work more than I can suffer people around me. I can do anything if I'm left alone.
