What is Spiritual TRUTH & Awakening? #spirituality #letgo #awareness

Clip from the longer video “Divided We Stand” where I talk about how we as people are always looking externally to solve a fundamental problem within most people, we all want to be comfortable.

In this clip, I discuss that Spiritual Awakening is not a search for the truth so much as it is self realizing, or seeing through an untruth about ourselves or reality, and the process of letting that untruth go. Also, that Awakening is a verb, meaning that it is an action - ongoing, rather than an occurrence. So the Spiritual Path is the continued unveiling of untruths, over and over again, as well as letting those untruths go until eventually, after all these disbeliefs are transcended, one is left with only the TRUTH.

There is only one ultimate Truth but many, many things that are untrue. So many people fall for the idea that they are Awakened, and that they suddenly know the truth. My experience is that the Spiritual Path is not all Love & Light and comfort, the path is lonely and filled with sorrow as one reveals that the ego continues to create these untruths. There is no conspiracy to keep the truth hidden from our being, it is the ego that masks the truth.

All knowledge, ALL KNOWLEDGE, is taught to us, but true knowing is what we are. As our life experience and beliefs are unique, and that our Individual ego is the perpetrator of creating these beliefs, nobody can liberate us from these. It is an individual journey each must take alone. There are those who can guide us along the way, but liberation is an inside job.

The Spiritual Path is not about becoming anything, it is unbecoming. It is not learning, but rather unlearning. All knowledge is taught to us, but true knowing can only be experienced, it is what we are.
