I always cut anything that any animals could get caught in. I also recycle anything and everything i can. Thank you for every live you save.

This makes me happy, sad, and very angry. It would have taken a minute of the person who dumped that strap's time to cut up that strap. That would have saved Cyclops and the OCN team a world of time and trouble.
