This is one of the best videos I’ve came across because you explaining this is such a logical way. I actually have manifested so much by acting as if I had something without having it because I was also in the belief that if i constantly bought workout clothes, equipment, worked out, and felt sore that i told myself. this is likely how gym rats feel. i am a gym rat and long and behold i quickly saw progress. i also always ask myself throughout each hour what would i be doing if I was an actor, if i made decent money and I always emulate the actions of that ideal person.
