Thank You Chad! With your online course & your YouTube videos I just got an adjuster to approve the estimate I wrote up. This was a small roof claim that was already approved back in 2021 that the owner was holding on. I took it on & got it from $14, 016 upto $19, 078 with no questions asked. This a reroof & redeck on a manufactured home but it’s still a sweet win win for me. Using the same approved line items just updating to current xactimate pricing and adjusting the default trade items DMO to RFG. Thank You Chad! It’s the Small things

Hey Chad, kind of off topic question but I’m having a hell of a time finding any info on it.
My father and I own a general construction/contracting business and are wanting to get into the insurance restoration side of things, do we need to get our roofing license if we are subbing out to a licensed roofing contractor? Any information would be greatly appreciated. We are from Illinois if that makes any difference.

Glad you mentioned the part about ungrateful clients. You can get them 150% more and they sulk about 10%. I let them there’s more ways to get the extra money but bcuz of their bad attitude....I’m done ! And boy does it feel good to say it and walk away
