I am not a quilter and I do not care for the design of a lot of quilts - I prefer the look of simple patchwork quilts. This rectangle/brick layout design I love! Your demonstration was clear and well done.

There are hardly any videos showing hand sewing quilt as you go methods. This video was fab, as I haven’t got a sewing machine and love hand sewing. Thank you 🤗

Thank you for using black thread. It is so much easier to see what you are demonstrating. Wonderful tutorial!❤

👁👁 I really like this style. It is something you can carry with you most anywhere, and continue with the work.

Thank you for this! I love hand sewing but find hand quilting to be so tedious and repetitive when doing a large blanket, but with this method it’s much smaller and you can change it up by switching between making rectangles and sewing them together! Much easier for us adhd crafters! I also like this method because it’s easier to tuck everything away and take breaks if you need.

I love that you're handstitching your work. My grandmothers made quilts during the Great Depression. They handstitched everything, and I want to pay them homage by doing the same ❤️

Oh my gosh, this is one really beautiful quilt. I just stumbled upon your channel and have been enjoying this video immensely. I have never been much of a quilt person, although I have always admired the handiwork. I am 67 and have only just discovered English Paper Piecing. What a different world this has opened up for me. I am absolutely smitten by the process and look, and this quilt of yours seems to showcase it in such a beautiful way. The mindfulness of slow stitching has brought me such calm and peace…
I have never seen such a beautiful quilt. Everything about it sends me and I absolutely love it. Thank you so much for sharing.

I have not seen this hand stitched method of quilt-as-you-go before. It looks like fun and you have clearly shown how to do it. Thank you!

Thank you for using a different color thread than you normally would that makes it possible for me to see quite easily what you're doing which is what is missing from a lot of the tutorials you just can't see what they're doing with the black thread on white that you're using it's really easy to follow you thank you

I have started this brick work hand quilting. My first time hand sewing a quilt. I decided to use washable school glue for basting and it works quite wonderfully. Thank you for the inspiration.

I'm not sure why I love this pattern so much - maybe it's the charming patterns she's using. idk - so appealing.

Thank you for an excellent tutorial. I’d love to see the finished quilt, I’m sure it must be very attractive. Using the black thread whilst demonstrating is a very good idea.
