*Acts 16:29 The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 He then brought them out and asked, “SIRS WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?”*

31 They replied, *[A] “Believe* in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” 32 *[B. Know - in order to obey - what Jesus commands in the Scriptures]* Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house. *[(C). Repent': Change your ways]* 33 At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds;
*[(D) Be Baptized - by immersion in water as Jesus Christ practiced and commanded]* then immediately he and all his household were baptized. 34 The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God—he and his whole household.

Remember and do not ignore Christ's departing instructions
Mark 16:15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 *Whoever believes and is baptized* will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."

To clarify the gospel of our salvation: Our gospel that saves us today is to believe Jesus died, shedding His blood, was buried and rose from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins. I Cor 15:1-4. That's step one. Step two: We must put our trust in this gospel for

There is only one way to be save which is BELIEVING THE RIGHT GOSPEL WHICH Apostle Paul preached for this age of grace.

You cannot DO anything to be saved BUT BELIEVE "how that Christ DIED FOR YOUR SINS, BURRIED AND ROSE FROM THE DEAD FOR YOUR JUSTIFICATION (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Ephasians 1:13).

Water Baptism is done by human. We have only ONE BAPTISM in this age of GRACE (according to the mystery revealed to Apostle Paul). That is Baptism by the Spirit in to Christ when a sinner BELIEVES THE GOSPEL (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

Turning from sin is not how one gets saved, you get saved by faith in Christ and after you're saved then you work on your life. If you make turning from our evil ways IN ORDER TO BE SAVED you've preached a works salvation and you nullify the gospel, repenting of sin must be put in it's correct place.

Here's one that will bake your noodle....

Todays thought, a friend of mine who has been in church all his life ask this question,

"How hard is Salvation" ???

This is still a question many
struggle with....

I'm sure we could get many different answers to this question, the religious pharisees back when Jesus walked the streets of Jerusalem had an answer to that question and so they do today as well.

Let us go down the rabbit hole a little deeper.

I was not raised in Church, never heard the name Jesus until I was twenty four years old.

Verbal and physical beatings growing up, i ran away at the age of thirteen, moved in with drug dealers.

Jesus found me in a drug infested mess when I was 24 years old.

Reading the bible was hard for me, I started out with reading just the red letters, found out later that the red letters was Jesus talking.

Religious people would make me think that there was no way that I'd ever be able to measure up.

Yes, at first Salvation seemed hard to me.

Until one day I discovered the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Salvation is a faith choice.... So simple we make it hard.

The making salvation hard is a suggested trick of the enemy. Only a substantial suggestion.

I used to struggle with this one greatly, thinking there is no way someone as bad as me could ever be saved. ...

Then I heard these words in my heart, this has been over thirty years ago, some would say it was just me but I believe it was the voice of Holy Spirit, I heard,

"Salvation is as simple as the two thieves on the Cross story"

"One thief did not believe that Jesus was who he said he was, The One....

One thief did believe Jesus was who he said he was." The One....

Jesus didn't tell the thief who believed to get down from the Cross, go to church for 30 years, learn to memorize and qoute every scripture and then come back and see me, No, Jesus told him,

"This day you will be with me in paradise."

We the people complicate Salvation, yet salvation is extremely simple.

God sent his only One Son Jesus that ALL could be saved, God meant for everyone to be saved.

God wanted it to be simple, the only thing is, God made "Free Will" just as simple.

Yes, since we are not on a Cross, God does expect us to grow as his little children, but it never changes the fact that we first simply believe Jesus is who he says he is, The One.

Jesus has come to make us one's just like him.

If we get out of line, the good Father in heaven, Our Father, he knows how to line us back up, just like we try to do our own children.

Just because our children get out of line, don't mean they are no longer our children, remember the story of the Prodigal Son?

Speaking of the prodigal Son, Jesus said that he will never leave us or forsake us, yet we can, with our Free Will walk away from him.

This is why we have the story of Jesus leaving the ninty nine to go after the one, Jesus didn't leave the one, the one left him.

But even when we do walk out of his hand, because we first believed, he will always leave the ninty nine to come find us, The One.

Have you walked away before? I have, thank God he came and rescued me, again and again.

Lucifer/Satan was once ONE of Gods most choice Angel's, yet Lucifer in his own free will made the choice that he didn't want to come back, he didn't want God to rescue him and sadly, some humans make that same choice.

But just like the simplicity of the two thieves on the Cross story, it's a simple choice.

God never makes it hard, we do.

Don't think you are, know you are, one of the One's.

This is how you become One and step into the real Matrix....

.. .. .

The gospel is the gospel of the kingdom!

Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! The Messiah died for his people! God resurrected the Messiah! The Messiah will resurrect his people! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21

Matt 24
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Jesus said the Father is the only true God!

John 17
3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

Jesus is God's Son. Jesus was born by the virgin Mary who conceived by God's Morally Perfect Spirit. Jesus never sinned. Jesus was crucified and died for the sins of the world. Jesus's blood was shed for the forgiveness of sins. Jesus was entombed for three days. Jesus was raised from the dead by God. Jesus left the tomb empty. Jesus was seen, heard and touched by witnesses who said He is alive. Jesus ascended to heaven. Jesus will return to the earth. Jesus is Lord. If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart God has raised Him for the dead you shall be saved. Any one who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, that any one who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. Jesus said, "No greater love has one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends." Read the New Testament to know more about Jesus. If we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Read the new Testament, trust no one. Look at acts 2:38 .if what they needed to do you do as well. Without the watery grave you would be but almost saved . Jesus was baptized for an example . He did not need cleansing he was and is God.

@4:55... You said 'God sent his Son Jesus to pay the penalty for our sins'.

Thumbs down. Jesus did NOT pay the penalty for our sins. The penalty would be Eternal hellfire. Jesus is in Heaven NOT Hell. The Prophets & Apostles taught our debt was *Canceled* not paid for. The atonement of Christ is to forgive you of breaking God's laws. Not to keep you a law breaker in Christ' name. No bible verse says Christ paid the debt. It says IF man repents, believes & obeys his debt is *blotted out, forgiven, cleared, canceled, and no longer remembered* and here are the scriptures:

Acts 3:19… blotted out
2 Chron.7:14; Luke 7:43 - forgiven
Deut.15:1-3; Col.2:14 – cleared/canceled
Isaiah 43:25; Heb.10:17- remember no longer

Remission of sins = *Cancellation*
Matthew 26:28 - Remission of sins
Mark 1:4 - Remission of sins
Luke 3:3 - Remission of sins
Acts 10:43 - Remission of sins
Romans 3:25 - Remission of sins

An Example of *Remission* is someone in remission from Cancer. After going through chemo the cancer is *Clear* no longer there. Purge means *taken away* NOT paid for:

Purged... 2 Peter 1:9
Take away… 1 John 3:5; Romans 11:27
Jesus Christ purged our sin(s)... Hebrews 1:2, 3
The blood of Christ purges our sin(s)... Hebrews 9:22
Jesus washes away our sin(s) in his own blood… Acts 22:16; Revelation 1:5

Christ setup a provision called *sin offering* for the offense to be blotted out, forgiven, made clean, & no longer remembered. Christ suffer so that his Father's Wrath would *not* come against those who repent, believe, & obey in him.

Religion has taught us a lot of half truths, and we need to make sure we are saved, because of what Jesus has done, not what we think we have earned.

This is such a lie and it’s told over and over everywhere as though it was the Gospel? People desperate for hope flock to it, praise it. Just read the comments……
This is a fruit punch gospel, yes much of what’s said, the words are true, but they are being given different meaning. Believe and you will be saved? (Is that true) the words are; but what about the meaning? Yashua said not everyone that says to me Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom….be saved?
So maybe you think they did not really believe the way perhaps you do?
There is more to the passage after being separated as goats and told to leave they complain? They argue that they were indeed believes that they did works in His name greate works?

Matthew 7:21-23
Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy name? Then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.
So, if you are serious about salvation, you better know what that will of the Father, He is speaking of is?
John 6:40
This is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

So again we have believing….the Greek term being translated in this passage is Pistos, its also translated faith….and again we have many that thought they were believing even willing to argue with Yashua that they were and He says NOPE never knew you….Why? What is happening here? That is my problem with this teaching this presentation of the Gospel? No one ever says? I'm convinced they don’t tell you because they don’t know?

Clearly not all believing is created equal; and you want the kind that is able to lead you to salvation….or I do.

I don’t want to get to the end of days and find out I have been believing in vain?

There is only one passage in scripture where we are told by Paul about where and how we get faith (Pistos) the stuff salvation comes from….. Again Pistos is translated both faith and believing and its what we need to get grace? For by grace are you saved through Pistos (this text is translated faith) For by grace are you saved through faith and this not of works lest any should boast it’s a gift from God?

That is to say the Pistos, the faith, is a gift and through it we receive grace unto salvation… That's the real gospel, the real good news?
So now we are getting to the home stretch again Paul tells us in Romans 10:17 about receiving faith. Paul wrote this in Greek and it ends up translating So faith from hearing - and hearing through (the) word of Christ. In English. This is a terrible translation its misleading? Here's why?
This is the Greek…. ἄρα ἡ πίστις ἐξ ἀκοῆς, ἡ δὲ ἀκοὴ διὰ ῥήματος Χριστοῦ. We can see in Greek the term ῥήματος (rhēmatos). This is what translates (word) in English. We also get word when the term used is λόγος (logos). Jhon uses Logos to open his Gospel in the beginning was the λόγος (logos). But while they are both word in English the meaning of each in Greek is decidedly not the same. λόγος (logos) is the meaning behind any communication, you could even find the logos in a work of art. Its the intension the reason…..But ῥήματος (rhēmatos) is only used, always used, to indicate verbal communication. It would be closer to the English term talk or speaking?

Paul is saying you received the gift of faith from God be hearing Him speak to you. By literally encountering Him personally…..

So these are the steps to salvation.
You hear about God. You understand you are not the person you were created to be. Most try to do something about that, but come to know in time they cant fix themselves….Sin is not the things we do, it’s the nature of Adam we are born with….we don’t need to do better, we need a new nature. There is no way for us to fix what’s wrong with us.
So we turn to God with a sincere desire to receive that change, seeking Him. This is repentance...its not faith and repentance its repentance leading to faith.

Because we have repented we seek....seeking we encounter Him; we test that encounter by scripture; finding that it was genuine we now know God personally, and we are in relationship with Him. From there we continue to walk with Him being remade in the image of our Lord over time and that is what Christianity is. What it does and how.
