i've got almost every turn down...although for the bucket turn, i have to really work on timing when i glide to the wall. i know in most pools there's a row of flags they hang up to help backstroke swimmers know that they are close to the wall. but still, i need to practice my timing on that (factors including my body length, im 183/184 cm, how fast i can glide in that split moment, how many more strokes til i should turn)

Hello! Back to breastroke turn might be a little tricky and that's why we created a video called Bucket Turn (there's a slow motion too). Please browse our video library and you'll find it. Thank you for your feedback!

Hi! Actually the version you are talking about is allowed but only if you touch the wall before making a flip. Good to see you swimming again :)

We're sorry to hear that! Well, the greatest advice is to go watch our bucket turn video. Bucket turn is quite difficult but it's the quickest. So, first you want to touch the wall with your hand while on your back. Next, you need to throw your legs back to the wall (start doing it by bending knees). Once your feet reached the wall, fold your arms in streamline and push the wall. Perform breastroke pull out. Like we said watch our bucket turn video (Turns Playlist) and you'll get it. Good luck!

Go figure, it's such an easy way to get turned around. Well, as you point out in your videos, I guess I need to use to the turns to practice undoing what now appears to be a bad habit. Thanks. :)

Awesome videos, keep this way! My only suggestion would be making some audio coments in the vids.
I got one question. How you manage to go through 0:19 to 0:23 without releasing air? I mean, how does water not go into your nose?
Thanks
