Deep Tissue Massage Basics - How to Apply Pressure for Back Pain Relief - MoveU

Показать описание
It’s back massage time!! The erector spinae muscles run the length of the spine and are on either side of it. They go from the skull all the way to the pelvis. They help support and move the spine. Having them massaged can feel amazing and can create widespread relaxation and back pain relief.
Using the elbow is a great way to really get into the tissue. If you are a smaller person like me you will love this technique. I struggle to give impactful massages on people who are much larger than I am. Being able to really put my body weight into it makes it much easier!
As always, massages are short-term solutions. They can feel great and can give some pain relief, but the results will not last long-term without you putting in the daily work to strengthen. Use these little nuggets to help you on your way to strength!
