So, did some research as people keep complaining:
Monarchia and the following religious crusade was during 964M30 and would last around a year.
We know the war on Murder happens RIGHT after this, and RIGHT before the war on Murder, Jubal was possessed by Samus in the campaign beforehand

This means we are in a 1-2 year difference between Argel Tal and Xavyer being the first possessed.
If anyone can get me an exact date (with source), that'd be awesome (as both characters, within context, have been quoted as the first)
