Mind = Blown. This was such an enlightening conversation. I've been teaching the Aryan "invasion" for quite some time now. I knew there were some issues with some of the historical assumptions, but Dr. Resnick explained it really well. Big shout out to Arjuna for making this happen! I learned so much!

If you consider only the populations of first 3 largest sites of indus valley civilization i.e rakhigarhi, harappa and dholavira/mohenjodaro it adds up to more than 250K people, when an invasion of such a huge population takes place mass graves are very commonly found unlike in IVC, you happen to go to rakhigarhi today, the people, pottery architecture is very much still the the colonial masters knew the tools of division ('aryan and 'dravidian') so that later they could exploit the same crippled edifice of aryan theory and reconquer the supposedly primitive people.
