I have and echo dot 3rd gen but in the settings I can't see the aux option, please help.

echo dot 1st-4th gen has no option to select aux - Just pointing that out as its something i've found out just now whilst trying to pair an echo plus to echo dot with a y splitter :D

My goodness! I checked the Amazon website and it says it's Audio In/Out and then later just says it's audio out. I had no idea I could change it in the Alexa app. Was about to buy the more expensive Amazon speaker as I thought I could not actually achieve audio in and have the computer output played through the speaker. hey, thre is no option on app for aux in/out, I am using Echo Dot 3rd Generation. WHen I connect AUx there is no sound from it.
