At the beginning of the video, you say "Alexa can connect to all the major music services...". This is a fraudulent misrepresentation. YouTube Music is conspicuously missing. When people read these comments, it is more likely to cause one to choose a google device rather than choose a different music service, especially because YouTube Music is free with YouTube Premium. You guys need to adapt to the times and accept that it's time to play ball with google, because they won the streaming wars on all fronts.

I’d like to add playing a podcast to a routine. There’s a 5 minute podcast for kids with a daily fun fact. I’d like it to play a new episode everyday as part of the morning routine I have set up. How do I that? I went to action, selected music podcast, typed in the name but it doesn’t know what it is. It plays something completely different

useless for me since it does not have youtubemusic (and I´m not gonna change that)... I bought 2 echo studios and it´s not allowing me to use it in stereo I AM GOING TO RETURN THEM ... what is the sense of allowing bluetooth if it doesn´t allow at least stereo playback? (the sonos 5 has it)
you just lost a customer... and for the clear intention of pushing clients around to use your ecosystem (which is not well developed) I will probably divert also my purchases away from amazon.
