I think waking up early makes you more productive because you are more likely to get more stuff done in the morning than at night, especially for morning people

To be productive, you need to work smarter, not harder. Managing your 168 (the number of hours you have in a week) can be difficult. Managing multiple 168s can be maddening. For people who handle multiple people and responsibilities, it can all get overwhelming. If you're busy in all facets of your life, the tendency is to take it all on...at the same time.
And as long as you're productive and earning money, don't forget to invest because investing creates a safe haven for the future.

I started taking frequent breaks at work, socialize, do something different and it helps. Even if I gotta stay 15mins longer at work, it's worth it. I enjoy life more.

My day usually starts with looking at my to do list of yesterday if everything has been accomplished, then I'll going to stare outside of my window while planning for what are the things I should prioritize.

I think it's important to wake up as early as you can in order to achieve what you want. I usually wake up at around 6 am and I am leaving the house at around 8 am. In those 2 hours I manage to work out a bit, watch some Alux videos while I am getting ready, eat breakfast and set my goals for the day. But I also learned that if one feels that he/she needs to hit the snooze button sometimes, it's ok to do that :) One doesn't have to feel guilty about it, because guilt is a feeling which brings you down the most and ruin your awesome day. With that guilt on your mind you probably won't do much in the rest of the day. I like to leave the house only when I am fully prepared and I have the right mindset to "conquer the world" :)

"same 24hours you have" are words often uttered by people who don't use public transport, have their lunch and work/school clothes fixed by their mom/helper and have plenty of free time by having other errands ran for them.
We don't have the same 24hours when it takes me 2hours to get to campus while you do that in 25minutes.
Other than that enfuriating statement, dope video as always.

The time of day for each task has huge influence on productivity. It's an individual thing. I remember back in college, I've had classmates that were most productive studying after 11 PM. As for me, I'm more focused very early morning. In college I used to set my alarm clock to 4 AM twice a week, because this way I could finish assignments in 2 hours, rather than 6 hours or more. Early morning or late night are times when there are no distractions. No phone calls, no emails, nothing changes on facebook news feed, etc. So it's easy to focus and be more productive. Same with work: if I have urgent tasks that aren't done yet and will be needed for meeting at 3 PM, I'll be in the office by 7 AM and start working on them, because by 9 AM phone calls, emails and stressful boss are lowering my productivity. Usually after 6 PM there are less distractions again, but I'm a lot more tired after a day of work, so I'm NOT as efficient as morning. Just like everyone else, I end up staying overtime, trying to finish tasks.
As for workouts, I've already noticed being a college athlete any type of workout has different productivity and influencesmy day, depending on the time it's done. My schedule was a lot more flexible in college, so my workouts now in my 30s aren't as efficient as they were, because I depend on my work schedule.

I spend one hour a day practicing the piano for 10 years now and I still stuck very hard at it. I don't quit believe in the one hour per day rule.

I remember learning in school that multi-tasking wasn't even something we could really do. It was more like switch tasking and we end up doing things marginally worse than if we focused on each individual thing.
