Best technique that worked for me: "Set an alarm for every hour of the day and as soon as each hour passes and alarm rings. Write down what you have done in that hour"... At the end of the day you get a record of productivity. Try and

I would add to the "to do list" that the actions on the list need to align with what I want to reach. Not just random doings. I would call it a battle plan. How to win the battle to reach success. Exact actions to do

Alux will always have a special place in my heart. Well i have drilled into my system the habit of waking up early and drink a cup of water then meditate, although i sometimes miss meditation my body automatically wakes up at 5. Love the idea of the Pomodoro technique. As someone with an online reselling business I have lots of things to do every day. Not quite ready to completely ready to give up multitasking. I like doing routine tasks while watching Tucker. Thanks for the great content.

I do the small easy tasks first. This way I get a sense of accomplishment and helps in adding the focus. I also prefer to use a focus hour everyworkday to finish the daily reports and other stuff.
