I completely disagree. I was in often on smoker, my whole life, and i quit With the patch it works really good. I think your percentages are way off. It’s just as much physical as it is a mental.

I've been stuck on nicotine gum for four months, i quit snus which I've been addicted to for six years. I get the mental addiction part, as i feel a lot better if i don't use gum for a day a lot stronger at gym with more energy and a clear mind. But when i face any problems personal it work i scramble for the gum to alleviate my mind.

The point of these assists is to ease the physical burden so you're not overwhelmed by it all and relapse and give up. They aren't a fix all. You still have to do the work. But they can significantly improve your odds of success. A patch is better to be addicted to than a vape, cigarette, or dip anyways.

You just have to gradually withdraw. You first use full nicotine patch for a month. You then switch to stage 2 then stage 3 with nicotine gums. Then only nicotine gums. Then normal gums. At this point you should be able to control yourself.

I don't think you should post this video because there is millions of people who have used the patches and gum and say they've worked and still are quit today maybe it doesn't work for some people but it works for millions of people

To some context you're right but not totally correct.
Nicotine gums can really help you guys if you if you're willing to quite!
But to quite intake of any sorts of tobacco and not to get addicted to nicotine gums you should follow some instructions.
Do a proper research about nicotine gums and how to take, how to use, how many pieces you should intake in a day based on your tobacco consumption.
Its all on YouTube. I know you can do it ! alll the
best. And yeah nicotine gum helps and it does work!

Why can’t they take the 10 thousand chemicals out of a cigarette and sell that? Mental is a huge factor, agree. The other huger one (for some reason) the sensation of the smoke inhale. Odd but very true and very hard to overcome, very hard…

I don't agree, I have been a heavy smoker for 20 years and I finally quit using nicotine patches and I don't even feel like a smoke, if I forget to apply a patch I start sweating and feel like a smoke and then I realise i haven't put another patch on, it is 100% healthier to use patches for the rest of your life then actually smoking

There are about 500 different chemicals in commercial tobacco. You ARE NOT addicted to nicotine, You are addicted to the other chemicals -- you're addicted to the hand/to/ mouth behavior AND you're addicted to the constant oral activity.
