Grief-stricken mother recounts heartbreaking story of Rachel Morin during a congressional hearing

The mother of Rachel Morin testified on Capitol Hill to call for border security. Patty Morin describes what it was like when she found out that her daughter was found brutally murdered, possibly by a migrant who entered the country illegally, to the Committee on Homeland Security.
