At 31 weeks pregnant you are in the third trimester of your pregnancy and at 31 weeks pregnant you are 7 months pregnant. You may by experiencing symptoms such as backaches, braxton hicks contractions, heartburn, increased fetal movement, leg cramps, round ligament pain and nasal congestion. At 31 weeks pregnant symptoms can also include shortness of breath, swelling, fatigue and pelvic pain.

At 31 weeks, the baby’s brain will continue to develop rapidly. You might notice that the baby will move in response to your external touch of your belly. During this week the baby might move into a head down position. The baby is starting to fill out with fat stores being deposited under the skin. The baby’s size and weight will continue to grow.

At 31 weeks pregnant the baby's fruit/vegetable size is compared to a coconut or a pineapple.

It is common to see symptoms come and go. You might also see these 31 weeks pregnant symptoms disappear or be gone altogether.

I remember all of those symptoms. Except for the Braxton Hicks, I get to experience all of them again in my old age😂

Currently 31 weeks and am experiencing all symptoms except Braxton Hicks. The heartburn is the worst! 😩
