Adobe XD actually does have a means of creating user flows, empathy and journey maps etc. The team built a plugin called Whiteboard. Post-it notes included

I mean it's not like I don't want to use XD or Figma, but man .... the lack of any dark mode is just destroying my eyes, especially when PS or any other Adobe tools have it for decades. I'm working at night mostly, I just can't bare looking at those tools for the sake of my eyes.
Back to draw sketches with my pen instead, old-school way.
