As you point out, everything in the image is relevant to the answer. Yet you missed a significant detail in the bulbs in line 4:

Time on the clock is relevant. So first image = 9. Numbers on the calculator are relevant, image 2 = 9.

Here’s what I believe about the light bulbs. Bulb value = rays times base twists. Therefore in the last image you have 4*3 =12; and 2(4*4) = 32.

Now do the math: 9*(12+32) = 396
Then add the time (9).

The answer is 405.
