That "protection professional" makes no damned sense. These stationary cameras are obviously set up to monitor the residents' comings and goings, not looking for "an easy way to get into the house". Another dumb thing he said was, "If they can't find an easy way into the house, that's good news." So, how does he expect the residents to obtain that piece of information? Does he expect the suspect to leave a note on the resident's door telling them, "Good news! We're not going to burglarize your home because there's no easy way in."?

I dunno, if I found a hidden camera on my property, I don’t know if I’d call the police. Think I’d post up somewhere and defend my property. Where I live, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a cop that placed the hidden camera.🤷🏽‍♂️

This in and of itself is no crime. These cameras are used routinely by investigators examining suspected insurance or industrial claim for fraud committed by people pretending to be injured. These cameras catch these people doing heavy work on a regular basis. Obviously some people are using these cameras to stalk or otherwise victimize people. For the most part, this is much to do about nothing.

Why don’t they monitor the cameras and see who shows up to retrieve the SIM cards?? Otherwise, how are you going to ever catch these people??

Private investigators use these all the time. Beats setting in a car waiting for you to slip up. Some people need watching cause of their cheating ways.
