It is the biggest problem that needs to replace a motherboard with an expensive cost, it's around 310 bucks for an iPhone 13 PM and higher, depend on model phone, it can't be fixed unless you replace the baseband by replacing the motherboard baseband . I have a problem with my 13 PM, and the phone service diagnosed it like I said
