I don't know if you've answered this question on one of your vids but wanted to ask How many days do you do plyometrics and weight training a week? I was thinking of doing Mon& Fri weight training and tues-thurs plyometrics. Would this be okay or too much?

I'm doing 2 strength/plyo training and one plyo training per week the first month I got a 6 cm increase in my jump. In the following 2 months, no improvements. My jump is 30 inches now.
What must I do to improve my jump?

So right now am 15 years old with a 32 inch vertical weighing 180 pounds, I don’t lift weights super often but I can squat 300 pounds with almost 0 experience and I am very good at 60 and 100 m, also I respond very well with training, I did some vertical training for maby 6 practices and increased vert by 4 inches, how long will it be until I have a 40 inch vert and how many inches can I get in a year. Hopefully u guys can help me out
