Been waitering for 20 years, so basically shed have to go around the table 3 times not knowing in advance what drinks people have in advance when preparing her tray in order to keep her tray balanced? When you are in a rush, you just load as many drinks as possible, even if its for 4 diferent tables, obviously your going to keep heaviest drink in the middle like pints of beer. Doesnt matter, most waiters have two hands. There is no teaching around it, take some weight off the right balance with your left finger, its like blinking eyes.... Id Highly recomend you get used to hold your tray on top on fingertips also....
