Delicious beer bread is simple to make, you only need four ingredients. This beer bread goes well with chili, corned beef, and stew.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
3 cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup sugar
12 ounces beer do not use light beer
3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with baker’s cooking spray.
Combine the flour and sugar in a bowl.
Add beer and stir to combine. You may need to use your hands to get it mixed thoroughly. The dough will be sticky.
Place the dough into the prepared loaf pan, brush the top with melted butter.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove the bread from the pan, place it on a wire rack, and let it cool to room temperature before slicing it.

used dark beer sweetened w added honey + nutmeg ( instead of sugar ) an old fashioned way to sweeten beer to taste like Egyptian mead .. it’s in oven now.. Ur the best !!!🙏💕🌹🍃

Something to remember when adding beer, or any alcoholic beverage to any receipt, the alcohol evaporates at 170* so you get only the flavor and nothing else.

Making my own self rising flour using much healthier and non toxic ingredients: Organic flour, Himalayan salt and non-aluminum baking powder (Rumford). Also using organic butter for top and on baking pan. No toxic processed vegetable spray in my house.
